Primary Experiences Circus

primary experiences circus

Think about those days, say in the Middle Ages, when people had no TV and no radio and most of them didn’t even know how to read, and the cultural life in the small villages was pretty damn boring, and one day a little traveling circus would arrive and for one week life would get groovier and a lot more exciting. What we need nowadays in our exhausting culture of abundance is a whole different circus – a circus of primary experiences. Once a year the circus of primary experiences will come to the big city to clean up the minds of the entertainment fatigued inhabitants. Instead of stupendous displays and awsome tricks this circus will have fine tunes, symbolic body gestures, invisible colors, conscience clearing formulas that will be developed by the magicians and the acrobats and the animal trainers and will be kept top secret. For one week life in the big city will be as clear and pure as spring water that was collected in a clay vase. Then the traveling circus will fold everything and travel on and city life will go back to being exciting and groovy or in other words pretty damn boring.
