Case Description

תיאור המקרה

On July 5th at approximately 7pm my client left her parents’ home in Rehovot in order to return to her apartment in Tel Aviv. At 7:30 pm my client went on the Arlozorov interchange and at 7:40pm approximately she turned at the corner of Arlozorov and Ben Yehuda street in the direction of her flat and at 7:42pm her eyes were set on the shoe in the picture and since then she hasn’t recovered. My client demands nothing but distress compensation payments which she rightfully deserves. She does not demand money in order to go traveling abroad or in order to buy herself blue sparkling shoes sized 1038. She merely demands what each of you would if you were in her place, as goes the saying “never judge a person before you get lost inside his shoe”.
